Perfect for Zumba fans who want to pump up the calorie burn and their strength! This Zumba class operates in a circuit format with intervals of dancing and total body strengthening. Come enjoy the music and flavours you love with Zumba and gain great benefits of metabolism-boosting strength training in one fun and effective workout. This program is suitable for all fitness levels. Please bring a mat for floor-based exercises.
One of the hottest trends in fitness today because it is so simple, easy to do, no choreography, and you will feel it the next day! Each class is a fusion of movement that incorporates elements of ballet, Pilates and fitness conditioning utilizing a variety of training tools including light weights, resistance bands, Pilates balls and equalizer barres -- and each class features a special playlist of great songs or themes that inspire fun and motivation. BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. This dance workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide.
Get ready to groove your body, your mind and your spirit with Bellyfit - an amazing body-positive and body-strengthening dance fitness program for women! Relieve stress and get the sweat flowing with fun, easy to learn dance moves infused with the ancient and beautiful fundamentals of Bellydance, Bollywood and African Dance. Gentle Yoga for Back & Hips
This stretch class focuses on helping you release tension and improve mobility with simple yoga poses that are kind to your hips, hamstrings, quadriceps and back. This program is suitable for all fitness levels and no previous yoga experience required. Modifications provided. Please bring a mat with you. As well if you have a yoga strap, scarf or towel, you can use it to assist your stretches.
Whittle your waistline and strengthen your core from within, this express core conditioning class focuses on functional training exercises and utilizes an array of fitness equipment including Pilates balls, light weights, bands and more.
