  • Secret Santa is back!  You can play DJ with our Zumba playlists when you make a minimum $10 donation to the Mississauga Food Bank
  • Festive themed bootcamps including Stocking Stuffer Surprise and 12 Days of Fitmas
  • Nutracker Barre makes it return for one class only -- you don't want to miss our fun take on the Sugar Plum Fairy!


Plus we have some fun planned on Saturdays with POP Barre Pilates Fusion!  All the fantastic benefits of barre and pilates using our favourite fitness tools all while grooving out to our favourite POP songs from the 70s and 80s!  Music features include:

CLASS DESCRIPTIONS


ZUMBA

Our daily dance fitness party!  Our favourite way to dance and workout at the same time!  Enjoy Latin flavours including salsa, merengue, bachata, tango, flamenco and international rhythms like bellydance, bollywood and african and more! 


Socacize

Time to jam and wine and tone your body into shape!  Come groove to all the rhythms of the Caribbean including soca, reggae, dancehall and more and enjoy a total body workout!  Please bring a mat with you for floorwork.


Barre Fusion

One of the hottest trends in fitness today because it is so simple, easy to do, no choreography, and you will feel it the next day!  Combines basic ballet conditioning with pilates (both standing and floor) -- each class is a fusion incorporating different fitness conditioning equipment including light weights, Pilates balls and our favourite, Lebert equalizer barres.  Perfect for all levels of fitness.  Please bring a mat with you.


Carnival Spice

Let's get ready for the Caribana parade route with this super fun Caribbean dance fitness program!  Come groove to SOCA, dancehall and salsa while perfecting your palance. Prepare to sweat and bring a rag to wave in the air! 


BollyX

BollyX is a Bollywood-inspired dance-fitness program that combines dynamic choreography with the hottest music from around the world. Its 50-minute cardio workout cycles between higher and lower-intensity dance sequences to get you moving, sweating, and motivated. At the very core of a BollyX workout is the inspiration it draws from the music and dance of Bollywood, the film industry of India. We embody the infectious energy, expression and movement of Bollywood and aim to expand the reach of fitness to more people worldwide.


ShimmyFit

‚ÄčGroove your body into shape with this body-positive and body-strengthening dance fitness program, includes low-impact easy-to-follow bellydance-inspired moves for a FUN light sweat, toning with Pilates core work, and restorative stretching with gentle yoga hip-openers.  This class is perfect for all fitness levels particularly those who enjoy dance but are seeking less intensity.  Please bring a yoga mat with you for this class.


ABsession

Whittle your waistline and strengthen your core from within, this express core conditioning class focuses on functional training exercises and utilizes an array of fitness equipment including Pilates balls, light weights, bands and more.  This class is suitable for all fitness levels.  Modifications provided.  Please bring a mat with you for floorwork.


Tank Top Bootcamp
Get ready for your Spring wardrobe in this body conditioning program focused on toning your ABs, arms, chest and back. This class will be suitable for all fitness levels - completely adaptable for every body -- start where you are today and progress with each workout.  Heather will be coaching you and giving you modifications to help you throughout.  Please bring a yoga mat with you for this class.
