Personal Training

There are many reasons that people may need a trainer. A personal trainer can be extremely helpful if you're just starting out - helping to provide you with guidance and personal attention to ensure your program is safe and effective. Some people need the added accountability of a set date and time with a trainer to help them stay committed to their wellness goals. Others simply prefer the convenience of working out at home.

We also provide personalized programs to support physical activity recommendations and guidelines for diabetes, cancer and MS and other chronic conditions where supervised training may be appropriate. These programs can be provided in studio at Grooves in small group sessions or in-home one-on-one.  Please contact us for more information.

- Initial assessment to review your goals

Nutrition Coaching
